Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple stores across the assigned region
• Drive sales, revenue and store performance
• Monitor store KPIs and identify areas for improvement
• Lead, train and motivate store teams
• Ensure operational and visual merchandising standards are maintained
• Coordinate with Store Managers and internal teams
• Conduct regular store visits and audits
• Support new store launches and expansion activities
• Prepare performance reports and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in retail area management
• Experience managing multiple stores or a regional portfolio
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Good understanding of retail KPIs and sales targets
• Willingness to travel across the assigned region
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle or kidswear retail will be preferred
