Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall buying & sourcing strategy for the brand
• Plan seasonal ranges, assortment and category requirements
• Identify, develop and manage vendors and manufacturing partners
• Drive product development from sampling to production
• Negotiate costing, MOQ, lead time and commercial terms
• Ensure the right balance of quality, cost and timelines
• Monitor production, deliveries and vendor performance
• Work closely with Design, Product, Manufacturing, Retail and E-commerce teams
• Track market trends, competitor assortment and new sourcing opportunities
• Build efficient sourcing processes and lead the Buying & Sourcing team

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in Buying, Sourcing, Merchandising or Category Management
• Experience in kidswear / fashion / apparel / lifestyle / retail preferred
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of costing, fabrics, production and product development
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment
