Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, and policies
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, etc.) for issue resolution
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role
- Strong problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to handle queries calmly and professionally
