Kidbea is India's first sustainable fashion-tech brand exclusively for kids, offering certified organic, spill-proof, anti-bacterial, breathable, and softest kids products. The brand aims to provide non-toxic sustainable products to children and relaxed parenting to every toddler's parent.
This is a full-time Marketing Executive role at Kidbea located in Noida. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, conducting market research, effective communication, driving sales, and executing marketing strategies on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth-focused digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions
- Manage brand consistency across all platforms and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
- Identify and onboard influencers aligned with brand values and campaign goals
- Plan and manage influencer marketing campaigns from briefing to execution
- Monitor and optimize performance across paid ads, SEO, email, and social media channels
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Support in the creation of visual and written content for brand storytelling
- Maintain strong relationships with influencers, partners, and key stakeholders
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing tools
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to growth and influencer marketing
- Familiarity with influencer platforms and social media management tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
