Kidbea is an Indian sustainable fashion-tech brand for kids, known for its organic, soft, spill-proof baby clothes made from bamboo and organic cotton, aiming to simplify parenting with non-toxic products.

We are looking for a Sourcing Merchandiser – Kidswear to manage end-to-end sourcing operations and vendor relationships, ensuring the right quality, cost, and timelines across our kidswear collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and develop vendors for kidswear categories
• Manage sampling, costing, and price negotiations
• Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Track production timelines and resolve sourcing issues

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in apparel sourcing/merchandising (kidswear preferred)
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and kidswear quality standards
• Experience with manufacturers
• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
